NON DOT SUBSTANCE ABUSE ASSESSMENT $275.00-$350.00

FOLLOW UP ASSESSMENTS NO CHARGE

ANY WORK OUTSIDE THE ASSESSMENT @ $160 PER HOUR BILLED AT 1/4 INCREMENTS $40.00 minimum.

All charges must be paid in cash prior to any services being rendered.
